Packaging & Delivery
All orders come wrapped in corrugated recycled cardboard.Items have multiple layers for protection and we state that customers should remove wood shelves from packaging within 24 hrs of receiving to let the wood acclimatise. Dispatch time of approx 4-5 working days due to being custom made to order.We have a return policy of 14 days from date of delivered item,Buyer must send back items by tracked service.Once we receive item we will then issue a full refund if required.
