With over 25 years of experience, we excel in the field of woodworking and finishing. Our expertise lies in providing tailored services to our customers when their desired specifications are not readily available. Our primary services revolve around the supply and manufacturing of Scaffold board shelves and steel brackets, which can be customized in terms of sizes and colors. These exceptional shelves and brackets add a touch of elegance to any space, be it a room or a commercial building, ensuring their durability for years to come.
Our Brackets
SERVICES AREA
All our brackets are hand shaped from mild steel and left in a raw patia finish. Brackets are made from 40 mm x 6 mm mild steel in various sizes to accept shelves of different widths. Up and Down brackets are typically suited to scaffold board shelves or similar timber shelves. Our universal 90 degree brackets are available in various sizes to suit any type of shelf. All brackets are sold in pairs (2x brackets). All Brackets include high quality fixings (Screws & Raw Plugs).
Our Process
SERVICES AREA
Our boards are sourced from sustainable timber suppliers in the UK. All our products are hand crafted with 95% of all work done by hand with no use of commercial heavy machinery. We only use top quality finishing products and coat our shelves with two layers of silk matt finish giving a lovely subtle sheen. We source european white spruce scaffold boards. They then are hand cut to customers requirements, sanded and passed on to our skilled finishing department where they undertake multiple processes including colouring, finishing and a drying/curing phase. Shelves are then hand packaged in recycled cardboard ready for dispatch.
